I have no idea who Charli is or who this drink is referencing, but the Charli Cold Foam is delightful. It rivals Starbucks’ famous Frappuccino as a sweet, heavy, delicious cold drink that satisfies that need to drink something cold and eat a dessert at the same time.
The Charli cold is cold brewed coffee with three pumps of caramel, topped with the new sweet foam and cinnamon sugar. What is most distinctive to me was the cinnamon sugar. That alone elevates this drink above with how well the cinnamon meshes with the foam, the caramel and the cold brew.
Overall, this thing was great and is now my go to drink to get at Dunkin.’
